About Us

The Bangladesh Mission NGO is a Christian organization that has served Bangladesh since 1957 helping those in need. We have stood with the people of Bangladesh through war, famines, floods, cyclones, tidal waves, and day to day adversities. For over 60 years our mission has been able to continue this work thanks to our generous donor churches in America.

Early in its history, the Bangladesh Mission developed plans for helping people find sustainable sources of income that would allow them to independently provide for the needs of their families. Our mission has trained people throughout Bangladesh in

agro-forestry, improved tree and sapling propagation, fruit and vegetable production, composting, poultry, livestock, fisheries, vocational skills, and community health. Our tube wells provide clean water and the sanitary latrines a cleaner living environment.

In times of crisis, we have provided emergency humanitarian aid in the form of food, medicines, clean water, homes, jobs, face masks, and various other

assistance to ease suffering.

We are committed to serve the people of Bangladesh and work cooperatively with Bangladesh government.

Projects

For many years the Bangladesh Mission NGO has sought

to provide projects that serve and empower Bangladeshis.

Tubewells are placed in many communities to bring clean, safe drinking water.

The Bangladesh Mission is dedicated to giving health education

that benefits all people and families for generations.

We seek to give people a step up in their families and communities by job skills trainings.

When disasters strike we provide relief and training on future mitigation.
